WHAT I OFFER

I’m a fully qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer with a specialist background in Muay Thai and self-defense.
​
I offer individually tailored sessions to suit your needs. From personal training, to kids summer camps, and corporate workshops, I have got you covered.
Sessions run anywhere from 45 min to 3 hours. All necessary equipment is provided and I can accommodate classes of up to 20 people by myself.
​
Private training can be customized for different ages, sizes, abilities, living situations, job descriptions and spaces.
